Betaab valley
Betaab Valley is a popular tourist attraction because it is perfect for family picnics. Betaab Valley was previously known as Hagan Valley or Hagoon, but
when the film Betaab was produced here, it became recognized by its current name and became highly renowned. It’s around 15 kilometers from Pahalgam
in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district. The valley’s green meadows, mountains, and dense fauna, which provide excellent possibilities for sightseeing
and are a photographer’s joy, make it a popular tourist attraction in Jammu & Kashmir.
It is a popular picnic place for both tourists and locals.
The water is very clean and a brilliant blue color. The river wanders through the valley. The view is
breathtaking, with the mighty Himalayas, the blue sky, and the flowing Liddar stream. You must pay an entrance charge, however children under the age
of six are welcomed free. There is a wonderful café on the premises that provides coffee, tea, kahawa, and Maggi. There is a surcharge for the washrooms,
and a photographer with Kashmiri costumes is available at reasonable prices.
