Your Booking Cancellation Rights

 

  • Booking amount or 30% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 72 hours of Arrival.
  • 40% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled before 48 hours of Arrival.
  • 50% package cost will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of Arrival.
  • No Refund will be payable for any missed or unused services of the tour due to whatsoever reason.
  • Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least 2 days prior to the scheduled booking

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your booking cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Booking, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Interpretation

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
